Carla Ruble

Chief Profit Strategist

Carla founded CFO Accounting Services in 2006. Her early career led her to providing accounting work to diverse industries in various roles. While none of it seemed to make sense at the time, all that experience flowed together nicely when she decided to start CFO Accounting Services. She and her team have a unique approach to helping their clients intentionally create profits to achieve the goals and lifestyle they desire.
In her personal time, Carla loves spending time with her family. With her first two children now adulting, most of her time is spent attending the in-season sporting events for the bonus child.

Diana McGlumphry

Senior Profit Strategist

Diana joined our team in the spring of 2020. She has a Bachelor degree in finance from Missouri Valley College where she ran track. She is passionate about making sure her clients have a clear and concise understanding of the processes implemented to support them in reaching their goals. She also enjoys researching new systems to reach goals as efficiently as possible.

Diana is married with 4 children and spending quality time with them is very important to her.

Cady Kilmer

Profit Strategist

Cady became a part of the team in 2022. She grew up in West Des Moines and got her degree from Iowa State University in Accounting. She also has experience in bookkeeping and auditing.

Kahla Wier

Behind the Scenes Engineer

Kahla was added to the team in 2023. She is responsible for all the things that you don't know are going on, like the website, social media, and marketing. She holds multiple degrees: Political Science, Web Design, Graphic Design, and Entrepreneurship, as well as having run a small business.

She spends her free time with her husband and their daughter, Lille, whom she homeschools. They like to go camping and enjoy watching Lille play hockey and compete on the diving board.
