All content shared by CFO Community Spaces, CFO Accounting Services and their staff, including training materials, articles, and any forum-provided resources, are the intellectual property of CFO Accounting Services, LLC. By posting content in the community, you grant CFO Community Spaces and CFO Accounting Services a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for community purposes, with appropriate attribution.

1. Membership Terms

1.1 Monthly Fee: 

Membership is subject to a recurring monthly fee, as specified at the time of sign-up. The fee may be subject to change in accordance with Section 6 of this Agreement.

1.2 Contract Duration: 

Your membership is subject to the contract duration selected at the time of sign-up. The duration may vary but will be specified clearly during the registration process. After the initial contract term, CFO Accounting Services, LLC reserves the right to adjust the membership fee with proper notice.

2. Recurring Billing

• You authorize CFO Accounting Services, LLC to charge your credit card on file each month for the term of this Agreement.

• Payment will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle.
  
  

3. Payment Information

• Payment information, including credit card details, will be collected at the time of sign-up.

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated payment information.

• CFO Accounting Services, LLC does not share or sell any user data, including payment information, to third parties outside the organization, except where required by law or as necessary to process payments.

4. Cancellation and Termination

4.1 Refunds: 

No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time during a billing cycle.

4.2 Early Termination: 

If you cancel before the end of the contract term, you will still be responsible for any unpaid fees or payments due up to the end of the billing cycle in which the cancellation takes effect.

4.3 Cancellation Policy: 

You may cancel your membership at any time by providing thirty (30) days' written notice to CFO Accounting Services, LLC. Your membership will remain active until the end of the next billing cycle following the notice period.

5. Termination by CFO Accounting Services, LLC

• CFO Accounting Services, LLC reserves the right to terminate your membership without notice if you are found to be in violation of this Agreement, the Community’s policies, or any applicable laws.

• Termination may result in the immediate loss of access to the Community without a refund of any fees already paid. Any unpaid fees up to the date of termination will remain due.

• Violations include, but are not limited to, failure to comply with community guidelines, misuse of the platform, abusive behavior towards other members, or unauthorized sharing of content.

6. Price Adjustments

• After the initial contract period, CFO Accounting Services, LLC reserves the right to adjust membership prices. Members will be notified of any fee changes thirty (30) days in advance, and the new rates will be effective at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice period.

7. Data Privacy

• All data provided by you, including payment information, will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• CFO Accounting Services, LLC will take reasonable steps to protect user data and payment information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or use.

• CFO Accounting Services, LLC does not sell or share your information with third parties unless required by law or as necessary to process payments.

8. Confidentiality

• By joining PULSE, you agree not to share, disclose, or distribute any proprietary or confidential information, including but not limited to discussions, materials, or resources shared within the community, outside of the platform without prior written consent from CFO Accounting Services, LLC.
  
• This obligation of confidentiality remains in effect during and after your membership in the Community.

9. Contract Renewal

• At the end of the initial contract, your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. The renewal will occur at the then-current rate, with notice provided for any price adjustments.

10. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Iowa.

11. Modification of Terms

• CFO Accounting Services, LLC reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, with notice provided via email or within the Pulse platform. Continued use of Pulse constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

• CFO Accounting Services, LLC is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred from your participation in Pulse, except as required by Iowa law.

13. Entire Agreement

• This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and CFO Accounting Services, LLC concerning your use of Pulse and supersedes any prior agreements.
